When you are full, chances are you can no longer accommodate any other type of food into your stomach. This way, you are able to lose cut down on your food intake and respectively lower your cholesterol.
Nuts like almonds in particular could also lower your cholesterol because it does not contain a huge amount of fatty acids and could significantly reduce blood pressure. However, eating almonds, walnuts and all the other types of nuts should be done in moderation because they contain a huge amount of calories so even if you it can lower your cholesterol level, eating too much nuts could still cause you to gain weight.
