The best foods to eat are ones that will help you improve your health.
More people are becoming concerned about what foods they are eating and what better choices are out there.
The good news is there are super foods that you can eat to help you lose weight, fight off illnesses, improve your memory, lower your cholesterol, lower your risk of heart attacks and diabetes, and on and on.
Some of the best foods for you are some of the best tasting too. Oranges, loaded with vitamin C, folic acid and fiber, are delicious. They come in several varieties as well which makes it easy to please a picky eater.
But then you also have some other super healthy foods like spinach and kale which need to be prepared with other foods to cover up the not so great flavor they provide.
The good news is there are many superfoods to choose from. There are not just 10 best foods to eat or 14 superfoods, there are dozens.
