yayFOOD Review

Hello-

If you’re looking for a weight loss website, you have a lot of options. Some of these are naturally a lot better than others.

I had the pleasure of reviewing yayFOOD.com recently, and can tell you without doubt that this is one of the better sites out there.

To begin with, yayFOOD is a monthly membership, so there’s ongoing support. If you have any kind of question – motivational, exercise, nutrition, or anything in between – you’ll get an answer almost immediately.

This saves TONS of research time, and you know you’re getting the right answers from the start.

There’s also Coaches there that have different areas of expertise, including Rachel herself. See her picture below:

They have meal plans there, so you don’t have to go in blind – although the beauty of this diet is that you can eat whatever you want.

It’s also very motivational, and they have different videos, songs, daily motivational tips to keep you on target.

You can keep a private or public journal, and check out other people’s journal entries and comment on them so there’s a real “community” feel.

There’s also tons of articles, reports, and recommended resources so that you’re completely knowledgeable about everything. These are updated frequently and new reports are added as people ask.

They also have contests sometimes, so that people can stay motivated and on top of their weight loss goals. The “Success Stories” section proves that quite a few people do meet those goals, too.

The only downside is that this is a monthly membership. I think it’s well worth it though, and there’s an 8 week no-questions-asked guarantee, so there’s really no risk on your part.

Overall, I’d highly recommend yayFOOD.
